Based in Zurich for over 35 years, Katsura has had an extensive career in providing global family office advisory services as well as working in private banking. She began her career with Ernst & Young, where she headed the Japan desk in Zurich for 20 years. She was responsible for looking after and supporting Japanese MNC CEOs and owners of Japanese companies. While working at EY, she also obtained her Doctorate Degree of Business Administration in 2006. Subsequently, Katsura has held leadership roles in several companies offering family office services, asset protection advisory services, and assistance in the tax advisory space in Switzerland and Japan.
Katsura is currently President of the Family Office Services Company, FAMOS, in Switzerland where she partners with industry experts. She is a well-recognized mentor and enjoys accompanying partner firms on their journey to growth. In recent years, Katsura has assisted her investors with investments in technology, healthcare and innovation all over the world.

She recently published books titled "The Birdfish" (2021) and “Invisible Gift” (2022).

She is giving lectures on basic knowledge about money and provides individual consultation from a neutral perspective.
